Rent Payment Due Date:
- All rents are due on the 1st of the month.
- There is a grace period until the 3rd, if needed.
- If you need the grace period, rent MUST be in our office by end of day on the 3rd, regardless of weekends or holidays.
- Any rent payments received after the 3rd of the month will be assessed a 10% late fee (up to $75.00).
