Landry Douglass - Owner/President/Broker
Landry started with P M Services in 2012, under the previous ownership of Linda Steiner he learned vast amounts of knowledge and was confident he would continue his profession in property management. He was the field agent until 2015, he then became the field and marketing supervisor under the new ownership of Lori Webster. In 2022, he purchased P M Services from Lori Webster.
His prior background before making his career in the property management, was in Retail sales and management.
Besides managing the office staff, he does monthly exterior inspections, annual interior inspections, move in/move out inspections with residents. Shows available units, schedules turnovers on vacant units. Researches market trends and rates for central valley rental/investment properties.

Cynthia Gonzales - Office Manager
With company since June 2007. Has been in property management for 14 years. Answers phones, filing, copying and mailing. Handles tenant delinquencies. Processes and verifies applications for rentals. Reviews and approves applications for rentals.
Kathy Garcia - Office Assistant/Maintenance Agent
With company since September 2012. Has been in property management for over 10 years. Handles calls and leads for potential applicants. Schedules showing appointments. Schedules and follows up on work orders. Obtains bids and approvals for large maintenance projects. Handles after-hours emergency maintenance calls. Assists Office Manager.
