 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I have been renting a lovely house in Clovis through PM Services for 5 years.
This house is about 25 years old so naturally some repairs are now being needed. Every time we've contacted PM Services to report something that needs work we have gotten polite and timely responses.  We have had a built-in microwave replaced when it failed. The water heater pilot light went out (and wouldn't stay lit) and it was fixed the next day and then completely replaced a few days later, based on a recommendation because it was aging and it was the original water heater that came with the house when it was built. The air conditioner stopped pumping cold air last year and it was also completely replaced as it was recommended based on its age compared to just fixing it.  (obviously this was also authorized by the homeowner)
The house comes with bi-weekly gardening service and last year we got a different gardener taking over the services.
We never mentioned anything negative about the first gardener but the one that we have now is much better than the last!
If you're looking to rent through PM Services, obviously I highly recommend them!

In fact, me moved here during covid and it was originally look at places. PM did a live tour with a team member that helped us visualize the home. Its worked out wonderfully.  We have no intentions of moving anytime soon.  One great thing about PM is that anytime I've ever needed to do a maintenance request or if something ever breaks or needs servicing, I pretty much have round the clock service. I send a request and someone emails me almost immediately and sets up someone to come see you. It happens, things break and need to maintained. This company makes it really easy for me to shoot an email out and get it taken care of quickly.  Anyways, the company has always been friendly and cordial with me and my family, and Im very happy with our living situation and the property services. Really no complaints in terms of service and trying to reach someone, or have someone help out when we've been in need. Garbage disposal, yard work, water heater issues, AC servicing, etc. They have been there for us through all of that. Truly never been happier not to be a homeowner when those instances happen and you have someone like PM in your corner.
