The Move-in Process

Move-In Appointment / Rental Agreement Signing

  • Please contact our office at least 24 hours before your move-in date, to obtain or confirm your move-in appointment.
  • Your move-in appointment will be at our office:
    1100 W Shaw Ave #114
    Fresno, CA 93711

Payments

  • Payment of your balance due must be paid at this appointment, or keys to your new home cannot be released.
  • Deposit must be paid with Money Order or Cashiers Check. (NO CASH)
  • Rent can be paid with Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. (NO CASH)

Utilities

  • Our office will schedule all tenant responsible utilities to be shut off, effective on your move-in date.
  • Please be sure that all utilities that are not included in your rent are transferred to your name on or before your move-in date to prevent a disconnect of service.

Safety Alarms

  • Please test both your smoke alarms and CO2 detectors monthly to ensure the safety of you and your family.
  • If they don't beep when tested, or have been chirping - please replace the batteries.
  • Contact our office immediately, if you have replaced batteries and your smoke alarm is not functioning properly.
